In our effort to give you the best shipping cost available we will be using the DHL for all of our shipments. There are 2 choices: Standard Mail or Priority Mail, see below for details. If you wish to receive it faster please contact us at mail_royahamburger.com and we will help you with calculating the shipping cost for your order. After completing your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. All confirmed orders ship within 5 business days.

Shipping insurance
Roya Hamburger is not responsible for damage or loss of the items during shipment, therefore we offer Priority Mail as shipping method. This comes with insurance and track & trace option, so if packages get lost (which rarely occurs), we can file a claim at the postal services and than arrange for a replacement or full refund. Standard Mail comes without insurance and track & trace option.
Customs information
International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Current inventory
Because the availability of products listed on this web is not updated in real time, the stock status quoted online may not always reflect the current active inventory. If you happen to order an item that is not in stock, we will do our best to accommodate you. You will be notified by us within 24 hours if one or more of the items that you have ordered is not available.
Sales are final
Due to the uniqueness of our products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. Due to these factors, all Roya Hamburger sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. You may find your purchased piece has slight variations. These are expected with any art piece and add to the originality of your purchase. We hope you understand.
That being said, we are happy to work with any client that finds that the piece they have received is visibly damaged. Since we inspect all items before shipping them, we hope that this will be a very rare occurrence.
Damaged and lost packages
If you open your package and discover that your purchase is broken, damaged and/or has missing parts, please contact us immediately by email at mail_moyahamburger.com. You have 7 days after you receive your purchase in the mail to contact us regarding any problems you have. We give you all of the information you need to send your purchase back to us. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We will do our best to replace your damaged item as soon as possible. In the event that the item is out of stock, we'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
When packing your purchase for return, please use the shipping box and packing materials it came in. Any purchase returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
